Designed for maximum reliability with enhanced performance, EP-Seires have been provided in this project for operation of forty-three high-performance butterfly valve sized 6~24 inches, rated 300#.
Flowbus heavy duty spring return actuators with fieldbus modulation valve control systems have been installed for the majority of valve duties in Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project. This is one case where, in order to provide a better understanding of our project specifications for the construction of the optimum automation valve system, we worked closely with an engineering company to achieve end-user satisfaction.

Flowbus delivered the forty-four automated package of butterfly valves size (12 to 60 inches, rating 150# ~300#) to Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited (GASCO), a well-known client company in U.A.E. An optimal valve automation package was constructed by combining a local control panels and modulating controls on an EPT-Series and an EPA-Series pneumatic heavy duty actuator. The latest feedback has been that the customer specifications were met and the plant is running smoothly without any problems.
