This type approval is in accordance with Shell DEP 31. 40. 70 standard and certified and issued by Lloyd Register.

The objective of the type approval is to set the recommended standard for good design and engineering pratice to be applied by Shell companies in oil & gas production, oil refining, gasification, chemical processing or any other such facilitym and thereby to help achieve maximum technical and economic benefic from standarization.
