duty actuators have been passed to 2nd pressure vessel test (第二種圧力容器) inspected by Boiler & Crane Safety
Association which provides the clinical laboratory inspection service in Japan.
The 2nd pressure vessel test ensures that product is fully-safe designed
and manufactured in accordance regulatory requirement for Japan market.
The conducted inspection
and test fulfill the requirements such as design proof, hydraulic pressure,
leakage, visual inspection and strength test when supplied into higher pressure
than design supply pressure.
The 2nd
pressure vessel test (第二種圧力容器) means that cylinder
parts, boiler and containers holding a gas with a pressure more than 0.2Mpa are
targeted for inspection test by association in order to protect explosion of
container and keep safety for local industry.
The test inspection certifies that the Flowbus
valve actuators are qualified for the Japanese high pressure standard and
regulations and verified that Flowbus actuators offer positive and exceptional
performance even in severe environment.
